With over 30 years of experience, SMS Indoor Environmental Cleaning Inc provides indoor environmental services to New England homeowners, real estate agents, property managers, facility directors, contractors, developers, and federal, state and local entities.


Owner Steve Timpany and VP Nancy Yannuzzi, have years of experience in speaking and presenting on mold remediation, investigating indoor environments, and green building issues at National and Local trade groups. They are also experienced expert witnesses, trainers, inspectors and remediators.


Our locally owned business has extensive experience in diagnostics, management and specification development of microbial remediation and air duct cleaning projects, IAQ/IEQ, and green building practices.
